WorkLocally is a marketplace platform that connects people who need jobs completed ("Job Posters") with individuals or businesses willing to perform those jobs ("Job Seekers").

This page explains how payments and fees work on the WorkLocally platform.

Membership Tiers

Job Seekers may choose to use WorkLocally as either a free member with limited functionality or upgrade to a paid membership tier.

Membership tiers may include:
  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
Each membership tier may provide different functionality, including quoting limits or access to additional features.

Membership fees are charged on a yearly basis and must be paid in advance.

Callback Tokens

Some features on the WorkLocally platform may require the purchase of Callback Tokens.

Callback Tokens allow Job Seekers to access contact details for certain jobs where direct communication with the Job Poster is available.

Callback Tokens are valid for a limited period of time after purchase. Unused tokens may expire if they are not used within the specified validity period.

Payments for Jobs

WorkLocally does not process payments between Job Posters and Job Seekers for completed jobs.

Payment arrangements for work completed are agreed directly between the Job Poster and the Job Seeker.

WorkLocally is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

Membership Payments

Membership payments on WorkLocally are processed securely through PayPal.

PayPal is a globally recognised payment provider that complies with industry security standards for handling payment information.

WorkLocally does not store or process credit card details directly.

Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where explicitly stated in the platform terms.

Users should review membership details carefully before making a purchase.

Changes to Fees

WorkLocally may update membership fees or pricing for platform features from time to time.

Where possible, users will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
